About these terms

These terms cover your use of xtremedjservices.com and the quotes and invoices we send through it. The site is operated by Xtreme DJ Services, Miami, Florida.

Quotes

A quote you receive from this site lists the package and services you selected and their prices. Quotes are valid for 14 days and depend on our availability for your date. A quote is not a booking until we confirm your date.

Approving a quote and paying

• When you approve a quote we email you an invoice for the approved items.
• A 50% deposit is due upfront to reserve your date.
• The remaining balance is due the week of your event, no later than 24 hours before it.

Your information

You agree to give us accurate details about your event so we can quote and invoice it correctly. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

QuickBooks connection

This site includes a connection to Intuit QuickBooks Online that is used only by Xtreme DJ Services, to create and send invoices from its own QuickBooks company. It is not offered to other businesses or to the public.

Website content

The text, photos, logo and mixes on this site belong to Xtreme DJ Services or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking us first.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
