Who we are
Xtreme DJ Services is a DJ, lighting, special effects and photo booth company based in Miami, Florida. This policy explains what we collect through xtremedjservices.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you build a package, request a quote or send us a message, we collect what you type in: your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue or city, guest count, the services you selected and any message you write.
How we use it
- To prepare and email your quote.
- To create and send your invoice once you approve a quote.
- To contact you about your event and answer your questions.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for anyone else's advertising.
Who we share it with
- Intuit QuickBooks. When you approve a quote, your name, email address, phone number, event date and the approved items are sent to our QuickBooks Online account so we can create your invoice and email it to you.
- Our website and email providers, who host this site and deliver our emails.
- Map services. The venue you type is looked up with map services (Google Maps, and OpenStreetMap-based Photon and OSRM) so we can find its address and how far it is from us. Only the venue text and its location are sent, not your name or contact details.
- Our live chat provider, if you choose to use the chat window on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep quote and invoice records for as long as we need them to run our business and meet our accounting and tax obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email info@xtremedjservices.com or call 305.815.4756. We may need to keep invoice records where the law requires it.
